The purpose of this Webinar is to provide an overview of the main tax implications deriving from financing transactions in Spain. In particular, the following will be analyzed: (i) the direct tax implications for Spanish borrowers, as well as resident or non-resident lenders; (ii) the Transfer Tax and Stamp Duty implications of transactions involving mortgage-secured loans; and (iii) a review of the main clauses with tax relevance of LMA facility agreements.
